If you suffer from dry skin, you may benefit from rubbing on some body oil after your bath or shower. This homemade body oil will soothe and hydrate and bring refreshment with a hint of peppermint oil. For sensitive skin, you may prefer to omit the peppermint oil.

  • 30 ml grapeseed oil
  • 30 ml almond oil
  • 5-8 drops lavender essential oil
  • 3-5 drops peppermint essential oil


Combine all the ingredients in a small glass bottle and shake well to mix.
Apply all over your body – you may even use this on your hair. Peppermint free oil can be applied to the face depending on skin sensitivity.
