We will only dispatch after funds have cleared in our account, i.e, after we have received the funds. Funds may take up to 2 business days to clear depending on your bank – we are with FNB. We dispatch by courier 3 times a week – on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. We will email you with your tracking number when your goods have been dispatched.
* If you would like to know the delivery charges, please go ahead and place an order online and we will issue you with an invoice which includes the delivery charges and payment details – all orders are no obligation orders and will not be processed until payment has been received. When you place your order and are issued with an invoice, stock is only retained for 2 days and after this period it is released to other customers.
Delivery to main towns
We use a courier company.
The courier service is R75 for the first kg to main towns and may be less to some destinations – see the list of main towns below. The courier is usually an overnight service to main towns for 1-2kg and 2-3 business days for larger quantities. We dispatch by courier 3 times a week – on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. The courier company attempts delivery twice after which the order is returned. Please ensure we have a contact number and instructions for alternative delivery arrangements should you not be available to receive your order.

Delivery to other towns
There is sometimes a R60 extra charge to other towns and more to outlying areas such as farms – contact us for a quote.
We can offer the SAPO service to small towns and outlying areas/farms – please note this service takes 7-10 business days. We post only twice a week according to requirements, please put a note with your order if you require the SAPO service.
